APLIKASI CHATBOT KONSULTAN BISNIS UNTUK UMKM BERBASIS DIALOGFLOW PADA PLATFORM ANDROID

Abstract


Strategi yang dipersiapkan dengan matang akan berdampak pada pemberian pelayanan yang terbaik kepada pelanggan. Penetapan strategi sebuah perusahaan agar berhasil dalam persaingan diperlukan sebuah inisiatif perbaikan dan pengembangan. Sebagian besar para pelaku UMKM di Indonesia merupakan masyarakat yang belum memiliki pengetahuan ilmu di bidang bisnis, sehingga bisnis yang dijalankan kerapkali tidak berjalan sesuai dengan yang diharapkan. Oleh karena itu, dibutuhkan pendampingan untuk membantu UMKM dalam menjalankan kegiatan bisnis terutama yang berhubungan dengan penetapan strategi pemasaran, strategi penjualan, analisis pasar, dan lainnya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah membangun sistem sebagai media konsultasi bisnis bagi para pelaku UMKM secara mudah dan gratis. Sehingga diharapkan dapat membantu para pelaku UMKM dalam menjalankan bisnis serta menentukan rencana strategi bisnis secara terukur. Sistem yang dibangun berupa aplikasi chatbot berbasis android. Teknologi chatbot yang digunakan memanfaatkan SDK dari Google yaitu Dialogflow. Persentase keberhasilan dari hasil pengujian 8 dari 10 responden sebagai early adopter menyatakan aplikasi chatbot sudah dapat membantu sebagai alternatif pengganti konsultan bisnis.
