In-House Training Program and Socialization of the C-R-E-A-T-E Model for Teachers throughout Purwakarta Regency [Program In-House Training dan Sosialisasi Model C-R-E-A-T-E untuk Guru-guru se-kabupaten Purwakarta]

Abstract


Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk memperluas informasi mengenai model C-R-E-A-T-E di kalangan para guru dan melatih kemampuan guru dalam pengimplementasian model ini di dalam pembelajaran mereka. Pelatihan ini dilakukan melalui metode in-house training dan sosialisasi yang dilaksanakan pada tanggal 7 dan 8 Agustus 20024 di Madrasah Aliyah Negeri (MAN) Purwakarta. Kegiatan ini diikuti oleh 46 guru sekolah menengah di Kabupaten Purwakarta, Jawa Barat. Keberhasilan pelatihan ini diketahui dari respon guru terhadap program pelatihan tersebut sekaligus perspektif guru terhadap model C-R-E-A-T-E. Data ini dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dalam bentuk Google Formulir. Sebagian besar guru telah memiliki pemahaman yang baik terkait langkah pembelajaran model C-R-E-A-T-E. Selain itu, para guru setuju bahwa model C-R-E-A-T-E memiliki potensi positif untuk diterapkan dalam pembelajaran dan merekomendasikan adanya pelatihan lanjutan untuk memperdalam pemahaman mereka. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa program in-house training dan sosialisasi ini berhasil membangun pengetahuan dan antusiasme guru terhadap model C-R-E-A-T-E.

This community service program aims to enhance awareness of the C-R-E-A-T-E model and to equip teachers with the skills needed for its implementation in their classrooms. The training was conducted through in-house training and socialization on August 7 and 8, 2024, at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri (MAN) Purwakarta. A total of 46 high school teachers from Purwakarta Regency, West Java, participated in the event. The success of this training was demonstrated by the positive feedback from the teachers regarding the program and their views on the C-R-E-A-T-E model. Data was collected through a Google Forms questionnaire, revealing that most teachers have a good understanding of the C-R-E-A-T-E model’s learning steps. Additionally, the teachers agreed on the model's positive potential for application in their teaching and expressed a desire for further training to deepen their knowledge.
