Peran Partisipasi Masyarakat dan Lingkungan Alam pada Pengaruh Ancillary Service Terhadap Pemasaran Wisata Di Desa Liang Ndara, Kabupaten Manggarai Barat, Nusa Tenggara Timur

Abstract

Tourism Village of Liang Ndara, NTT has physical potential then various cultural traditions from the community which still original and may totally different other villages. However, Liang Ndara's tourist attraction is not fully well developed due to limited human resources; Local tourism management; budget limitations for tourism development to sectoral ego in its management. Therefore it is important to discuss the causality of tourism in Liang Ndara Village with the variables associated between (1) ancillary, (2) community participation, (3) tourism marketing and (4) the natural environment. The Structural Model and Hypotheses Testing method was carried out to test convergent validity, composite reliability, discriminant validity, average variance extracted test, fornell-lacker with Partial Least Square-SEM software and hypothesis testing was carried out on each causality relationship between variables. The results found a positive and valid relationship in between the four variables directly, namely (1) Ancilary effect on community participation; (2) the effect of community participation on the natural environment; (3) the effect of community participation on tourism marketing; (4) The influence of the natural environment on tourism marketing. The indirect causality relationship was found the community participation, the natural environment and ancillary services are valid as a mediator.

Abstract

Desa Liang Ndara, NTT memiliki Potensi fisik hingga ragam tradisi kebudayaan masyarakat orisinil dan belum tentu dimiliki oleh desa lainnya. Namun demikian daya tarik wisata Liang Ndara tidak sepenuhnya berkembang dengan baik yang disebabkan oleh Keterbatasan SDM, Kelembagaan pengelola wisata, keterbatasan anggaran hingga, Ego sektoral dalam pengelolaannya. Maka dari itu penting membahas kausalitas kepariwisataan di desa ini dengan variabel yang dihubungkan antara (1) ancilary, (2) partisipasi masyarakat, (3) pemasaran pariwisata dan (4) lingkungan alam. Sehingga ini menjadi cerminan untuk menyelesaikan masalah kepariwisataaan di Desa Liang Ndara. Metode Structural Model and Hypotheses Testing dilakukan untuk pengujian convergent validity, composite reliability, discriminant validity, average variance extracted test, fornell-lacker dengan software Partial Least Square-SEM dan dilakukan pengujian hipotesis pada setiap hubungan kausalitas antar variabel. Hasil penelitian menemukan hubungan kausalitas yang posistif dan valid pada hubungan antara keempat variabel secara langsung yaitu (1) Pengaruh ancilary terhadap partisipasi masyarakat; (2) pengaruh partisipasi masyarakat terhadap lingkungan alam; (3) pengaruh partisipasi masyarakat terhadap pemasaran pariwisata; (4) Pengaruh lingkungan alam terhadap pemasaran pariwisata. Pada hubungan kausalitas secara tidak langsung ditemukan valid sebagai mediator pada partisipasi masyarakat, lingkungan alam dan ancillary service.
