ANALISIS FAKTOR-FAKTOR DETERMINAN DALAM PENGEMBANGAN PERANGKAT MODEL PELATIHAN BERBASIS NILAI AGAMA UNTUK MEMBENTUK KARAKTER PEMUDA (Studi pada Lingkungan Kelurahan Cigending Kecamatan Ujungberung Kota Bandung)

Abstract

This research is conducted due to the inclination of moral crisis of the youth, it rises digress behavior and lead to build bad character of youth. This condition is forced to develop model-based training for establishing religious values that appropriate with its potential to build good character of youth. In developing this model, there are determinant factors which have role as character builder and it is associated with the management of the training. Andir Kaler RW 03 Cigending Ujungberung is a well-known area for the majority of youth who have bad habits such as alcoholism. Through religious values model-based training, it is expected to be an effort in building the character of the youth which are beneficial for the environment. So the researcher conducted a study in order to be able to describe the socio-economic condition of parents of youth, character of youth and the support capacity of community leaders in RW 03 and also analyze which training that suitable for the needs of youth. The supported theories and concepts are the concept of training, the concept of socio-economic status, the concept of the character and the concept of community leaders. The methods used in this study is descriptive method with qualitative approach. In collecting the data the researcher used observation, interview, focus grup discussion (FGD), and documentation. The sample of this study  consisted of three youths, four community leaders and parents of three youth in RW 03. The results of this study indicate that (1) the model-based training for establishing religious values is developed with the existed procedure which consist of phases: preparation, implementation, evaluation and the next action that have arranged (2) the socio-economic condition of the family in RW 03 belongs to the lower class (3) the character of youth in RW 03 that have not been reflected are honest and caring (4) the support capacity of community leaders in RW 03 consists of several community leaders. It includes the field of education, religion and youth. They have an active role and provide guidance for the youth in RW 03.
