Pengaruh Iklim Organisasi Terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Pegawai di Inspektorat Daerah Provinsi Jawa Barat

Abstract


This research is titled ”The Influence Of Organizational Climate On Employee Job Satisfaction At The West Java Provincial Inspectorate. This study aims to analyze how much influence organizational climate has on employee job satisfaction using descriptive methods, quantitative approaches, and respondents as many as 56 employees by collecting data using questionnaires or questionnaires. Research data processing was conducted using Microsoft Excel 2010 and IBM SPSS 26.0 for Windows which began with a test of analyzing the tendency of respondents' answers with the Weight Mean Score (WMS) technique.  The results of the correlation coefficient significance test yielded 3,117 > 1,673, thus showing a significant influence between the two variables. The results of the coefficient of determination test showed 75.8% of the influence of organizational climate on employee job satisfaction. So that there is a positive and significant influence of the organizational climate on employee job satisfaction in the West Java Regional Inspectorate.
