Pengaruh Kepribadian Proaktif terhadap Adaptabilitas Karir pada Karyawan di Kota Bandung

Abstract


Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there is an effect of proactive personality on career adaptability among employees in Bandung. This study uses quantitative methods a number of participants as many as 134 employees in the city of Bandung. The instrument used in this research is the Proactive Personality Scale to measure the proactive personality of employees and Career Adaptability Scale) to measure career adaptability. The analysis technique used in this research is linear regression. The results showed that proactive personality has an effect on career adaptability.

Abstrak

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh kepribadian proaktif terhadap adaptabilitas karir pada karyawan di Kota Bandung. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan jumlah partisipan sebanyak 134 karyawan di Kota Bandung. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Proactive Personality Scale untuk mengukur kepribadian proaktif karyawan dan Career Adaptability Scale untuk mengukur adaptabilitas karir. Teknik analisis yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah regresi linier. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepribadian proaktif berpengaruh terhadap adapatablitas karir.
