This research is based on the low activity and the learning result of the third grade students of elementary school..The purpose of this study is to describe the implementation of cooperative learning model two stay two stray (ts-ts ) type to improve students activities and learning outcomes of third grader in elementary school. This study used classroom action research method using Kemmisand Taggart model. This action is done as much as two cycles involving 30 students.Thecollected by observation and test. Quantitative method used persentage statistic and qualitative method with reduction, classification, display, sidesers and reflection..Based on the results of this study can be concluded that the application of cooperative learning type Two Stay Two Stray (TS-TS) can improve the activity and learning outcomes of third grade students of elementary school.
