RANCANGAN MEDIA PEMBELAJARAN MULTIMEDIA INTERAKTIF BERBASIS PENDEKATAN EKOPEDAGOGI SEBAGAI UPAYA MENINGKATKAN PEMAHAMAN SISWA PADA TEMA 9 SUBTEMA 1 KELAS IV SEKOLAH DASAR

Abstract


This research departs from the problems encountered in the learning process in the fourth grade of elementary school. The low student learning outcomes in social studies subjects during online learning takes place, indicating a lack of student understanding of the teaching material. One of the contributing factors stems from the lack of optimization of the use of learning media by teachers when teaching. Learning media as an intermediary for delivering material should be optimized during online learning. Contextual and meaningful learning is also needed to strengthen students' understanding of the material. The relevance of the subject matter of Social Studies and Civics in Theme 9 Sub-Theme 1 has a close relationship with students' lives, namely the environment. Thus, through optimizing the use of learning media and contextualizing the material, the expected learning objectives can be achieved. Therefore, this study presents a solution in the form of an interactive multimedia learning media design based on an ecopedagogical approach as an effort to improve students' understanding of the Theme 9 Sub-Theme 1 for grade IV elementary school. This study uses the twocycle Delphi method covering four stages of research, namely analysis, design, validation, and evaluation. The assessment of the results of the media validation and the material obtained for the learning media design is 100% with an interpretation that is very suitable for use.
