PENGEMBANGAN LEMBAR KERJA PESERTA DIDIK (LKPD) BERBASIS PENDEKATAN CONTEXTUAL TEACHING AND LEARNING (CTL) UNTUK MENINGKATKAN KETERAMPILAN MENULIS PUISI SISWAKELAS IV SEKOLAH DASAR

Abstract


The backgrounds of this research is caused by the difficulty experienced by 4th grade students in writing poetry skills. It is supposed to be a lack of vocabulary good words. Moreover, the students feel difficulties to make a theme and title of writing poetry. The teacher never yet apply or use a student worksheet (LKPD) in order to writing poetry skills, because of difficulty to apply that. So, the teacher tend to use a media of photos or videos. Meanwhile, LKPD is constructed to assist students in developing their thinking process. Every students have a ideas/thoughts/feelings are different from each other, so that ideas can be give into a writing poetry skills. Because of write poetry learning is aims to improve their ideas, so the learning process must to relate to their life. Therefore, LKPD based on CTL is required for students, so they can easily determine the theme and title of write poetry skills. This research is aims to necessary to design, validation, and results of the LKPD based on CTL in 4 th grade students. This study used Design and Development research by adapting ADDIE models with five steps. LKPD based on CTL is requires seven principles are: 1) Constructivism, 2) Inquiry, 3) Questioning, 4) Learning Community, 5) Modelling, 6) Reflection, and 7) Assessment. The results of developing LKPD based on CTL obtained a value of 89,7% with a very decent category, details: 95,4% value of expert and 84% value of teacher. It may be concluded that LKPD based on CTL to writing poetry is feasible to be used as teaching material in writing poetry learning.
