This research begins with analyzing problems that occur in the field, analysis of learning materials and analysis of software applications. After the initial product has been made, then a feasibility assessment is carried out by material experts, media experts and learning experts, namely grade III elementary school teachers. The final product has gone through the revision stage based on the suggestions given by the validators, namely repairing ineffective sentences, ambiguous sentences, positioning of the question text, instructions for using digital picture story books for teachers and for students, and adding biographical data for digital picture book authors. Based on the research that has been done, it can be concluded from the validation results by material experts with a score of 83%, media experts with a score of 100% and learning experts with a score of 96% that this digital picture story book is very feasible but still needs revision to produce a good final product.
