Pengenalan Kosakata Dasar Bahasa Arab bagi Anak-anak di Masjid Al-Falah Kelurahan Pataruman Kota Banjar

Abstract


This community service is motivated by the author's tips in fostering enthusiasm from an early age in learning Arabic as a virtue as a Muslim. If they have been familiarized from an early age, then when they reach adulthood, they are qualified enough to master a comprehensive understanding of Arabic as a provision for studying Islam in more depth. The aim of this program is for children to familiarize themselves with Arabic. Because in reality, most of the children have never studied Arabic at school or outside of it. The method used by the author in community service activities in Pataruman Village, Pataruman District, Banjar City at Al-Falah Mosque is teaching with the stages of the teaching process reading, writing, and memorizing. Based on the results of the program, there are children who can follow the teaching but there are also some children who still find it difficult to learn Arabic due to factors such as: difficulty reading and writing Arabic letters. Many factors cause this, including the conditioning of children and inadequate space. So, this program is recommended to involve many people for the sake of progress. It is hoped that the results of this survey program will serve as a basis for policy-making to solve similar problems.
