Pendampingan Implementasi Program Bimbingan dan Konseling dengan Sistem Blended Learning bagi Siswa Sekolah Dasar

Abstract


Since the government issued a social distancing policy during the pandemic, learning and learning activities in schools have undergone a massive revolution where the learning process has shifted to a distance learning system using virtual classrooms. Although schools in Indonesia have officially reopened since July 2022, the normalcy is no longer in the same situation, known as the new normal era. The use of the Blended Learning method is intended to help increase the effectiveness, flexibility, engagement and participation of students in the learning process when the distance factor of space and time becomes limited. The purpose of this service activity is to provide assistance to teachers of the Elementary Laboratory School of UPI Serang Campus in implementing guidance and counselling service programs with a blended learning system. The supervision method is carried out with four stages, namely planning, implementation, evaluation, and follow-up. The target of this service activity is sixth-grade elementary school teachers at the Elementary Laboratory School Labolatorium of UPI Serang Campus which was carried out for five months. The result of this activity is that the teacher has inserted information, material, independence competencies in the guidance and counselling service curriculum through thematic learning activities carried out in class. Classroom teachers implement this guidance program individually and in group discussions, both offline and online through WhatsApp groups.
