The Effect of Recruitment Process Through Artificial Intelligence Skills on the Selection Process

Abstract


The rapid development of information and communication technology (ICT) has had an impact on various aspects of life, including in the world of work. The purpose of this research is to determine the direct or indirect effect of the recruitment process through artificial intelligence skills on the selection process. This study uses the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) approach and middle theory organizational behavior theory. The research method used is descriptive and verification with data analysis techniques using SEM-PLS. the population used is Elha Corporation Indonesia employees, totaling 100 employees with a saturated sample withdrawal method of 100. The results show that there is a significant influence on the recruitment process on the selection process and there is a significant influence on the influence of the recruitment process on the selection process through artificial intelligence quality . This research suggests that Elha Corporation Indonesia continues to optimize the use of Artificial Intelligence technology in the employee recruitment and selection proces
