Pengaruh Motivasi Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Account Officer dengan Insentif sebagai Variabel Mediasi Pada Bank BRI Wilayah Kabupaten Sukabumi
Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan hasil kajian dan hasil analisis pengaruh langsung serta tidak langsung mengenai peran insentif kerja karyawan dalam pengaruh motivasi kerja karyawan terhadap kinerja karyawan Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Bank BRI) yang beroperasi pada wilayah Kabupaten Sukabumi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah dengan melakukan pendekatan secara kuantitatif, yang bertujuan untuk mengumpulkan data kuantitatif dan menganalisisnya secara statistik untuk menguji hipotesis yang diajukan. Penelitian ini dibatasi hanya pada Bank BRI yang berada di Wilayah Kabupaten Sukabumi. Populasi didalam Penelitian ini adalah karyawan Bank BRI yang bertugas di Kabupaten Sukabumi, dengan sampel didalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan Bank BRI Account Officer / tenaga pemasar yang berjumlah 225 orang dan diduga mengalami permasalahan terhadap kinerja. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa seluruh pengaruh langsung maupun tidak langsung memiliki pengaruh secara positif dan signifikan. Hasil penelitian menjelaskan dalam rangka meningkatkan pengaruh motivasi kerja terhadap insentif dan kinerja karyawan Bank BRI Kabupaten Sukabumi, diperlukan langkah-langkah seperti peningkatan komunikasi dan penyusunan rencana insentif yang jelas, penilaian kinerja yang jelas, kesempatan pengembangan karir, lingkungan kerja yang mendukung, pemberian tujuan yang jelas, keseimbangan kerja-hidup, keterlibatan dan partisipasi, serta klarifikasi keterkaitan antara insentif dan motivasi, rancang insentif yang relevan, dan evaluasi dan penyesuaian sistem insentif.

Abstract
This study aims to obtain the results of the study and the results of the analysis of direct and indirect effects regarding the role of employee work incentives in the influence of employee motivation on the performance of Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Bank BRI) employees operating in the Sukabumi Regency area. The research method used is to take a quantitative approach, which aims to collect quantitative data and analyze it statistically to test the proposed hypothesis. This research is limited only to Bank BRI located in the Sukabumi Regency Region. The population in this study were Bank BRI employees who served in Sukabumi Regency, with the sample in this study being Bank BRI Account Officers / marketers totaling 225 people who were suspected of having problems with performance. The results of the study show that all direct and indirect influences have a positive and significant influence. The results of the study explain that in order to increase the influence of work motivation on incentives and employee performance at Bank BRI Sukabumi Regency, steps are needed such as improving communication and preparing clear incentive plans, clear performance appraisals, career development opportunities, a supportive work environment, provision of clear goals. clear, work-life balance, involvement and participation, as well as clarification of the relationship between incentives and motivation, design relevant incentives, and evaluation and adjustment of incentive systems.
