Penerapan Model Tipe ertgNHT Untuk Meningkatkan Keterampilan Kerja Sama Siswa Sekolah Dasar

Abstract
This research is motivated by the lack of cooperative skills that occur in class IV C. This is evidenced from the observations of researchers on students. Learning is dominated by the activities of teachers and students are required to complete these academic tasks individually without developing cooperative skills. The purpose of this study was to determine the application of the cooperative learning model type Numbered Head Together (NHT) to improve student cooperation skills. The steps in implementing the cooperative learning model type Numbered Head Together (NHT) are by: (1) numbering, (2) question, (3) head together and (4) answering. The method used is Classroom Action Research (CAR). Improved teamwork skills are measured using an observation sheet with aspects of teamwork skills that include: (1) valuing contributions, (2) forms of participating in groups, and (3) sharing tasks. Based on the research conducted, it can be concluded that the application of cooperative learning model type Numbered Head Together (NHT) can improve student cooperation skills.
