SUPERVISI AKADEMIK UNTUK MENINGKATKAN KOMPETENSI GURU SDN SANTAKA KECAMATAN CIMANGGUNG DALAM MELAKSANAKAN STANDAR PROSES TAHUN PELAJARAN 2018/2019

Abstract


Supervisi merupakan salah satu kompetensi yang harus dimiliki oleh kepala sekolah dalam menjamin kualitas proses pendidikan dan pembelajaran di sekolah. Kenyataan di lapangan menunjukan kompetensi guru dalam melaksanakan standar proses belum sepenuhnya memuaskan. Supervisi akademik yang dilaksanakan dengan objektif dan transparan dapat dijadikan solusi terhadap permasalahan tersebut. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa kemampuan guru dalam melaksanakn standar proses meningkat signifikan antara siklus 1 dan siklus 2. Di samping itu, guru juga memperlihatkan respon positif terhadap kegiatan supervise akademik.

 

Supervise is one of several competencies that should be mastered by principals to guarantee the quality of educational and teaching learning process. In fact, in the real situation, teachres’ competencies in doing the standard of process, have not been satisfying enough. Academical supervision that is carried out objectively and trasparantly can be a solution to the problem. The research result showed that teachers’ competencies in doing the standard of process increased significantly between cycle 1 and cycle 2. Besides, teachers showed positive response to the academical supervision.
