Pengaruh Social Media Entrepreneur Dan Inovasi Terhadap Business Performance Pelaku UMKM Keripik Singkong Pedas Kota Cimahi

Abstract


This study aims to determine the description of social media entrepreneurs and innovation on business performance. The design of this study was cross sectional using a descriptive approach through quantitative methods. The unit of analysis for the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises of Cimahi Spicy Cassava Chips was 109 respondents. A questionnaire was used as a research instrument to collect data from respondents. Based on the results of the study, the description of social media entrepreneurs and innovation on business performance in Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises Cimahi Spicy Cassava Chips is in the medium category.

 

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran social media entrepreneur dan inovasi terhadap business performance. Desain penelitian ini adalah cross sectional dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif melalui metode kuantitatif. Unit analisis pada pelaku Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah Keripik Singkong Pedas Cimahi sebanyak 109 responden. Sebuah angket digunakan sebagai instrumen penelitian untuk mengumpulkan data dari responden. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian bahwa gambaran social media entrepreneur dan inovasi terhadap business performance pada pelaku Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah Keripik Singkong Pedas Cimahi berada pada kategori sedang
